5/5 A lovely house, perfect for our extended family. The 5 bedrooms and separate bathrooms were incredibly nice, and everything was in good condition. The kitchen was ok but could have been slightly better stocked with cooking supplies and utensils.

Great for big groups
5/5 Had a great weekend staying here! We had a large group and everyone had their own space. The kitchen and living room space is nice and fully stocked with dishes, board games and anything you'd need to cook. We didn't mind the stairs with the house being 3 stories. The rooms all could use some updating. However each room has a bathroom attached, exactly like hotel rooms. Basically this is a home with 5 hotel rooms and a common area kitchen/living room. There is not a "main" bathroom to use so everyone must go to their room on whatever floor to use their bathroom. The air conditioning kept up great with the heat. We had perfect weather and enjoyed the pool at Margaritaville during our stay! Would recommend to any family/friend group that plans to use Margaritaville and the amenities. Trevor was also great at communicating, very quick to respond when needed. Short 5 minute drive to Landshark for dinner and Margaritaville main pool.

Conference Stay
5/5 My group was attending a conference at Margaritaville and this was the perfect place for us to stay. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The house provided plenty of room for us to spread out and have time away, while also having space for us to come together be a group when desired. My group would recommend this place for sure.
