4/5 The beds were extremely comfortable and the Tan-tar-a and Margaritaville amenities are very nice. The home needs some TLC though, especially outside. The handrail on the steps is a little wobbly lots of decaying wood of the deck railings.

3/5 The location is nice. The house itself could use some tlc along with the walk way. There are holes in the walls that are not shown in the pictures and it could use a good deep clean. Overall it was sufficient for my family and out stay, i just think some updated pictures are needed.

4/5 The house was nice and clean. Overall good place. A few items were broke before we had arrived so I hope we don’t get charged for it but I would recommend
