  The house suited our needs quite well. The hot tub was a nice feature. Access to the house was difficult with narrow roads and utility workers everywhere. The parking pad was cramped. It was difficult to park 3 cars on it.

  - The roads in the area can be narrow, and we understand how that might feel tricky, especially with active utility work nearby. Unfortunately, these external factors are out of our control, but we hope they didn’t take away from your overall stay.
  - The parking pad has been in place for over 50 years and consistently accommodates guests, though we understand it may feel tight for three vehicles. Additional parking options were offered during your stay to help with this.
  - Before your check-in, we offered a full refund when it seemed the location might not meet your expectations, hoping to ensure you had flexibility.
  - Once you were settled, we provided a complimentary golf cart tour of the area and even extended access to an indoor pool and fitness center so your grandchildren could make the most of their time, especially with rainy weather on the forecast.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  The view was spectacular. The neighborhood was

  Quiet. The manager answered immediately when I would text. The only thing difficult was the dryer had no handle. We would definitely choose this place again!

• Great Place!

  We loved staying at the house over New Years Eve. Four couples had plenty of room to stay and enjoy cooking and playing games. The enclosed deck with with firepit and hot tub off to the side were enjoyed.

  Our group of 8 women have been taking a girls trip to the Ozarks for the last 16 years. This is our favorite place to stay and we have stayed here at least 4 times. The space is perfect for us and Rob is a great host.

• Perfect place for business and play

  We stayed here as a work team, attending a conference. It was a comfortable setting to be with colleagues.
