Suited our needs just fine.
4/5 We were a group of 10 and it was nice to have out own space and bathrooms. There were a few cosmetic things, but the hosts were available to help when we arrived and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. We would stay again.
Bad communication and dirty
2/5 This property was not clean. Dead bugs on ground and just overall worn down and dirty. Pans needed cleaned before we could use them. Tried contacting property management twice and never heard back from them. Ok experience but would be hard to recommend any Evolve rental properties to anyone.

Golf trip
3/5 Rooms were small. Patio door took 2 men to open. Hot tub was nasty and no one would dare get in. Several shower curtains were moldy. One shower wouldn’t drain.

Communication was terrible with property mngr
3/5 We were not at house much. Check in direction gave you a code for gate that didnt work. Didnt guve direction for alternate access for home. Did not answer or return any phone calls
