5/5 The condo is very nice and clean. The condo is on the third floor and the building does have an elevator which makes it very convenient when taking the cooler down to the pool level. The complex has a freezer at the pool where they sell 7# bags of ice for 3. However, the boat slip is at the very end of the dock and faces the main channel, which gets very rough and your boat can take a beating.
