Perfect Home for a Family Vacation
5/5 We were shocked at how large this home was—it is much larger than photos imply. We also really appreciated the layout: 2 large bedrooms in the basement, each with 2 beds and their own bathrooms, and the master suite on the main floor. Taking our kids who range from 7-16, this layout was perfect. Everyone had their own space including us adults! The house was well-kept and had everything we needed. We loved how close it was to the main pool and were also surprised to find a second pool to access in the neighborhood.
Overall we had a great time and couldn’t have asked for a better property!

Nice place to relax
5/5 The house was in a nice neighbor, close to the pool, checkin was easy, code to gates was a issue but 2nd day just assessed house by margarita ville, fan in one of bedrooms did not work but other than that perfect was easy

Perfect House for a Large Family
5/5 We have stayed in the area for the past few years and this is the first house we’ve rented. This year, we brought our kids with us so we needed more space. We LOVED the floor plan of this house, especially that the kids could take the basement and us adults had private space on the main floor. We fit everyone with plenty of room. The location was perfect, too. A quick walk to the closest pool or a short drive to the other pool or Margaritaville resort.
Contacting the host was easy—she was always quick to reply to my questions. The house itself had everything we needed and was very clean. The only thing I wish I could’ve had was a lake view and laundry access, but definitely not a deal breaker.
We highly recommend the home for anyone wanting a peaceful stay next to all the happening places! We will be back!
