-The condo was given a deep clean at the beginning of August, and while we haven’t received similar feedback from other guests, we understand that things may have been overlooked this time.
-The cleaning team has been notified of your comments, and we’ll ensure they take extra care in future cleanings, especially with the finer details like baseboards and hard-to-reach areas.
-The cleaning team takes photos after each turnover to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. We will review these images closely to make sure standards are being maintained.
