Stay away
1/5 We couldn't get any assistance even after two hours of chat and phone calls. We had to drive an hour round trip to get missing essentials, which included toilet paper. Received no resolution or any offer for refund.

Great place near lots of fun things
5/5 This was a great place to stay - we love that it overlooked the pool/lake and was a short drive to a lot of fun things. We used the kitchen to make most of our meals and it was perfect for our little family. I was grateful to know ahead of time that there was no coffee maker so that we could bring a French press. We had a great time and would definitely want to stay here again!

Would not respond
2/5 Garbage disposal did not work and had smelly food stuck in it. Coffee pot did not work as well owners would not respond.

Caution- Poor Place/Great view
1/5 I arrived, and had to clean my own condo. Bedding was used and on the floor, no clean towels, floors dirty. If it wasnt a holiday weekend, and we were 6hrs from home, I would of found another place or went home. And to boot- had to pay for cleaning service! Had to turn on the water valve to get hot water, which leaked all over the floor, so could only turn it on when needing hot water. The condo below will soon have water damage!! Verry disappointed. Horrible hosts- tried to call which has a wrong number listed, emailed twice with no response. No attempt to correct the situation. Also, there was a note book on the counter, that expressed similar experiences.
However, from the condo, it was a great view of the lake.
