  We arrived late and it was very dark and hard to see, I would recommend more lighting and better markings on the building. The A/C didnt seem to work too well, but that could also be because of the giant gap at the bottom of the door. We rolled up a towel to put at the door to keep critters out and air in. My boyfriends pillow case was dirty. The last night there we woke up to the ceiling leaking in the middle of the night. Water poured in around the kitchen light and smoke detector for a solid 20 min. We spent over an hour cleaning and dealing with the issue.

  From the owner: "Hi Melinda, We keep exterior lights on all buildings so the property feels safe and easy to navigate at night. Most guests turn off their porch lights since there’s already plenty of lighting, but we do our best to keep it comfortable for everyone. The toilet leak you mentioned did happen overnight, but we were able to fix it right away. Even with record-high temperatures, the open floor plan in this unit helps keep it naturally cool; it’s actually one of our guest favorites in the summer for that reason. During your stay, the leak was the only issue we were made aware of, and we’re always grateful when guests let us know so we can address things quickly."
