5/5 This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

2/5 Well.... The address doesn't lead you to the correct area where the VRBO rooms are, at minimum written directions should have been provided. Then the combination on the door was not programmed with the correct number, but the door came open with a firm twist anyway, so we were able to get in but couldn't lock the door. Multiple calls to the VRBO contact, but no return calls. Finally we made contact to explain the issues, but no apologies or offers of refund. We left something in the room and thought at minimum the VRBO would ship back to us for free, for all the trouble, but no. Would prefer to have worked thru this and not had to write this review, but needed to help others make a better choice.

5/5 We have stayed at this property for the last 3 or 4 years. We love it! Its far enough away from the hustle and bussle of Branson, but close enough that it doesnt take forever to get there. The property upgrades are top knotch. The new playground for the kiddos and the pool is beautiful. We will continue to make this our first pick!
