  The property was nice and quiet. It seems the grounds are well maintained, we had a day where the trees in the yard were being trimmed.

  The rental itself could use a little more love, small details would make the stay more comfortable.

  1) The propane for the fire pit was empty, so…unuseable.

  2) Simple maintenance needed: (upstairs bathroom sink faucet leaks, downstairs shower handheld head stream shoots out water when removing the head from the hook, the left side (hot water side), there is no screw and falls off when trying to adjust the water temperature.

  3) Upstairs master bedroom closet handle, screw on closet missing, sharp nail sticking out and very sharp.

  4) Living room ceiling fan, remote doesn’t work, need 9V battery?

  5) Downstairs bathroom sink drain needing attention (clogs/fills up fast).

  6) Afraid to try fireplace, full of leaves, twigs, etc., get it seems it is a gas fireplace?

  7) When booking the property, VRBO portal vs EVOLVE seemed sketchy. It may be smart to have a disclaimer on the listing about that. I almost canceled this property immediately.

  8) Dryer vent needs attention. We cleaned it as it seems like a serious fire hazard—very clogged!

  9) Dishwasher tab to hold soap in is broken.

  10) All fridge shelves are broken.

  11) Gate on fence needs some serious repair.

  General maintenance and proper fixes would help make this property better. It was generally a nice stay. It was a tease having the pool filled and no access yet. Thank you!
