2/5 Condo in golf community. House smelled of cigarettes. Condo was split level, AC system did not perform well. Upper much warmer than lower. An outer door was difficult to lock as door was not mounted properly. One bedroom door was missing most of its’ hinge screws and was hard to operate. The condo is badly in need of maintenance on many facets.Overall, for price paid, was expecting much nicer facility and was very dissapointed in experience overall.

5/5 Overall nice condo and location
4/5 It was clean, check in was super easy, location was good. Basement had a lot of bugs in the bathroom and the room with king bed. The mosquitos were so bad in the king bed room the mom and kid had to sleep on the couch upstairs. The basement shower didnt work so we all had to use the shower in the master which was inconvenient. Overall it was a nice place to stay and contacting the owner was super easy. Check in and check out was super easy too.

In all it was good
4/5 Good place with a good price. We enjoyed the pool even though it would get over packed real fast. When I reached out letting them know of something I notice when I arrived they responded very quick. Being a house cleaner myself I thought it could of been cleaner but all in all it was great
