4/5 Easy check in, cabin was clean. air conditioning on main level wasn't cooling properly. Called and left message they did call us back. One of the jacuzzi's upstairs didn't work. Close to pools and hot tub!

"Hello
So sorry for any issues you experienced. I’ve arranged for the tub jets to all be checked and any repairs made. We monitor the hvac system daily and during your stay no difference in temp and setting was noticed or we would’ve had it looked at immediately. Diagnostics show it’s working properly so I'm not sure what happened."Family Christmas

Pros-- bathrooms for every bedroom, bedrooms on opposite ends of house affording privacy, great location near SDC and Branson
Cons-- for 10 people small stackable washer and dryer so could only wash a few items at a time, pans were awful-- had to go buy new. Teflon mostly gone so had dried food that wouldn't come off that were stored in the cabinets. Jets in one upstairs bathroom didn't work and the other tub had water that didn't drain. Games are missing parts so need to be thrown away.

Overall comfy cabin-a/c needs repair
4/5 We enjoyed our family reunion (4 retired couples) in this comfortable cabin. The 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms were a definite plus, kitchen was furnished adequately, and beds were comfy. Overall, very nice. *I saw in a previous review that someone reported the a/c in 1 bedroom did not work…we were there 2-3 months later and the a/c still did not work in the left upstairs bedroom. Hopefully it has been taken care of by now. One suggestion I would make is to add more seating in the living room.
