Great location.
4/5 Condo was very nice and clean. Location couldn't be better for a weekend visit to Silver Dollar City. The parking lots for the park were so close making getting to from the park so easy and quick. The area is quiet with beautiful views. We could not hear voices or TVs from the units next to us. However, there was noise from the condo above us. There appeared to be constant running and jumping. Which unfortunately made it difficult to fall asleep at night and then woke us up again very early in the morning. Other than that the place was very comfortable.

Close Proximity To Silver Dollar City But…
2/5 The condo was mostly average or below. It was in close proximity to Silver Dollar City and had a nice view. However, it had some issues such as the need for some updates and general maintenance. The front entrance had bird droppings and dirty furniture. The rear deck offered a nice view but the couch was in need of cleaning and was overall uncomfortable. The kitchen was missing a pizza cutter and can opener - two very important items in a vacation kitchen!
One morning at 4:00 am high winds/rains forced the patio doors open. Water penetrated the frame, door trim and top window on door. The floors and area rug became wet. That was rather frightening! The cleaning service was notified and listened to my concerns. By the time a cleaning crew member arrived, while we were out, it must have been dry enough on the surface to warrant not further action. The unit smelled wet and musty for the remind the stay. The front loader washer had a musty smell too. The dishwasher had a broken detergent dispenser and the microwave was not level and did not have a working light.
On to the community pools and spas… DIRTY! We packed our swim suits in hope of having some fun in the pools and hot tub but no thanks! Both pools and hot tubs were visibly unclean or at least appeared unclean. Sorry…
