My time here was wonderful - great memories on Memory Lane! The apartment has been completely remodeled with all new furniture, drapes, bedding, hardware, towels and decor. Very chic. The owner obviously spent some money on this place. There's now an amazing outdoor patio room with big Adirondack chairs, a bistro table, planters, 8X10 rug, and a HUGE offset umbrella filled with cafe lights. Very romantic. I spent most evenings outside, wine-in-hand, listening to the cicadas. The king-size, Tempur-Pedic mattress was super comfy, and the neighbor gal was super nice. The TV remotes are a bit fiddly, but the instructions are clear. Also, a wall switch controls the bottom half of the outlet where the brass fan is plugged. That was a bit confusing. Otherwise, everything was clean and high quality, the coffee was excellent, and there were no issues whatsoever. It was especially nice to have a mini-mart, liquor store and two good restaurants within walking distance. Worth every lucky penny.
The property was nice, but the tv didn’t have any other channels expect for just 1 channel. Took us almost an hour to figure out how to use the fan because it ended up being controlled by a switch on the wall. Then finally whenever I decided to take a shower before bed the drain smelt like rotten eggs (sulfur).. my boyfriend and I had to sit outside for almost an hour with the fan on (after 30 mins of trying to figure out how to work it) to air out the smell. We left the next day back to our place when we were suppose to stay there for 2 nights. Hopefully the smell gets fixed.

Hi Alexy, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:
-We contacted the guest who stayed after you, and they reported no issues with the TV or accessing cable and streaming channels.
-Regarding the water, we have not received any previous comments about a sulfur smell. The current guest, who stayed after you, also noted no unusual or unpleasant odors. It is possible that there was a period of non-use, causing the drain trap to dry out, which can sometimes allow odors to emerge. Once the trap is refilled, the issue appears to have resolved itself.
-Concerning the fan, it seems that guests may move it and plug it into different outlets based on their preferences, which may have caused it to be plugged into an outlet controlled by a light switch.
-We regret that you had a less than satisfactory experience, as we strive to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant stay in Branson.
Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
Overall it was ok. We were disappointed in the bedding. It doesn’t look anything like the bedding in the photos. It’s old and mismatched. It looks like something they pulled out from the back of their grandmother’s closet. The filling inside of the comforter is loose and when you make up the bed it forms a big lump. It looks as if there’s a small animal hiding under the comforter. The curtains are four narrow panels. They don’t really close so we used chip clips to keep them closed at night. The refrigerator leaks, which is kind of annoying. Overall it was ok, just a little disappointing in some areas.
