- The property is located in Holiday Hills, Building H
- It is best to turn in at the third entrance to easily reach the correct building

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 3:00 PM
- The property is located in a gated community. To gain access, provide the unit number at the gate
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 8016
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return community access key cards
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind, including on private balcony
- Pet friendly with a fee (2 dogs max). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- There are community access key cards provided in the unit
- Community guests get 20% off rounds of golf with the vacation rental. You can call 417.334.4840 to reserve, or just walk in and tell them that you’re staying on the property ‘Pinnacles H2’ to get the discount

- 4 vehicles can be parked in the community parking lot with a parking pass
- Parking passes must be displayed at all times. Please print and display this attachment on your vehicle’s dashboard (Copies will also be available in the unit upon arrival)
