  The property was nice, the view overlooking the golf course was lovely and the space accommodated all eight of us well. We received check in information from our contact and had no trouble getting in. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. The place was clean and had plenty of space for playing games, watching movies, and fixing/eating meals together. We didn't end up using the pools available as we chose to go to the lake to swim for the day. Our only suggestions would be to add a few more dinner plates/bowls to accommodate all eight guests and replace the master bed mattress. That room was lovely, but although the bed had a thick memory foam mattress, it couldn't make up for the deep valleys in the mattress. My husband took the middle of the bed on the third night and I slept on the couch so we could get a good night's sleep. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly book the condo again.

  Easy check-in, clean. Great communication with management. Easy accessibility to many amenities. Would happily recommend.

  Great condo with a lot of beds available for adults that would rather not climb bunk beds. Relaxing space with a lot of provisions available.

• Got under tremendous pressure for not getting code

  We booked one month back and when we reached there at 4 pm we did not receive the key code and when we called host we got the message as on vacation. we called Evolve and Airbnb and both parties was horrible in resolving the issue. They were saying that we can refund. but where do we stay ? we drove 8 hours and we checked rates for other houses it was double. Airbnb and Evolve customer service should have cancelled and immediately arranged another one that was called customer service. Finally after 2 hours we got call from host and got the key. After that everything ok.

  Hi JEEJU, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during check-in. Prior to your arrival, I had sent you the access codes to the property which reflected had been delivered. I was traveling in an area where I had no service, but can assure you I was not on vacation. As soon as I was back in an area with service I was made aware of the issue, to which I promptly responded to ensure you had the correct access codes. We hope that the measures taken by both myself and Evolve made up for the inconvenience.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  The condo was beautiful and a great place for us to relax! The host was very thoughtful with provisions and the space was nice. It was nice to have so many beds that weren't bunk beds. ; )
