3/5 When we arrived, put our things in our room took our grandkids to the pool, to find the pool unusable, tried to use the washer and it also was not unusable. Otherwise we had a wonderful weekend. There are alot of places to go and gave fun in Branson. But we will not be staying at the condo we rented again.

- The pool is managed by the HOA, and unfortunately, it was temporarily closed due to a pump issue. The HOA sent notice the same day you checked in, and a new pump has since been installed.
- The owner was unaware the washer and dryer weren’t functioning but had a new set installed as soon as they were made aware.
- They responded quickly to your concerns through both Evolve and their personal phone, did their best to ensure your stay was enjoyable within the areas they could directly control, and made an effort to offer a gesture of goodwill.
