  Mostly good with some exceptions. Got in and began unloading groceries. Opened the refrigerator and it was not running. We kept food in the cooler until the morning. We checked the breakers, we realized there were GFI's outlets that were tripped. Once I reset them the refrigerator came on. A refrigerator should not be connected to a GFI. If renters had food in there it would go bad. The condo was somewhat clean. The floors had dried food on them and needed to be swept under the couch and beds. The shower drain had hair covering the drain.Cleaner needs to pay attention to a few details.All in all the condo was great. We enjoyed meeting up with family that also stayed at The Cove in a different complex (15) 1-2

• Upstairs condo was terrible

  Three out of the four nights we were there there was partying going on in the unit above us. They were playing music, loud, smoking, pot, fighting, etc. We ended up calling the police twice on our last night because of the noise. Our unit was very nice except for that

  We were looking for a budget-friendly place to stay for our family and dog during a short visit to Branson and this fit the bill. The location was great, the complex was well cared for and had activities for the kids outside (basketball hoops, hiking trails). The condo itself was mostly clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the host responsive. My only complaint is that the showers were not good - when you pull the stopper up to divert the water to the shower, neither one worked properly which lead to decreased water pressure and the tub filling up with water while you showered. Not the end of the world, and we picked this property because it was more affordable so we adjusted our expectations. Overall, a comfortable place to stay!
