CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The Condo is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform Heather of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Please leave the parking passes in the basket behind the front door
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 pm
- Please report any damages that occur to both Heather and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- There is a $50 replacement fee for lost or stolen parking passes
- Please note that charcoal is not provided for the community grills, it is recommended that you bring your own

Quiet condo perfect for a stay in Branson

Great place to stay bed was super comfortable.

It was my first time and BRANSON and man I really enjoyed myself

This place was a great place for our family.

Comfy little condo equipped with all a family needs

Very nice place, not as big as the pictures would have you believe but still big enough for us!
