3/5 Well, she had a glitch in the app and couldn’t get into the condo for a little while, took a little while to hear back from her when trying to contact her that we could t get in. She was kind and fixed it. The drain in the bathtub was very slow to drain, the light switch and outlet where the dbl sinks are downstairs never worked. The loft tv acted ‘weird’ per my 23 yr old granddaughter so she would t use it.

- We responded within 11 minutes and had the issue taken care of, we apologize for the inconvenience.
- We have checked the drain and it is working perfectly. The light in the bathroom only needed to be reset with the switch it is also working fine.
- We have not had any issues with the TV we wish you had let us know so that we could troubleshoot it for you.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Nice and Cozy
