  Property was great, clean, beds very comfortable!! The bed frame in the smallest bedroom squeaks really bad anytime you roll over though. The location was perfect, neighborhood is very quiet & on a secluded street. Close enough to drive to everything going on, but not walkable to the attractions because the road to & from the neighborhood is very busy & there are no sidewalks. The only negative I will say is that it VERY heavily reeks of cigarette smoke even though it’s advertised as a none smoking property. Obviously prior rental guests didn’t abide to the rules put in place and that’s extremely frustrating & unfortunate to guest that follow. We bought air fresheners but it was so bad throughout the house, that we could still smell it & because of it, I’m going home from our trip sick because I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke. If I had known that previous to booking, I would have chosen a different rental. But I’m not gonna rate it a lower score because it is a great property, well taken care of, has a sprinkler system put in place & fire alarm which was nice to see. My husband & son we’re both very skeptical to stay in a VRBO or anything of the sort & both said at the end that they were very happy we chose to stay in a house/duplex instead of a hotel.

  This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex home with garage parking was perfect for our family meeting place. It was easy to get to, in a quiet location and close to so many activities. I recommend lost canyon cave and trail.

• Quiet location

  This home had great access to all the area attractions and was a nice, quiet place to decompress. The house was very clean, well stocked. And I loved that I could park in the garage.

  Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Walk to town was farther than expected and along a busy street. Centrally located home with easy driving to all destinations.

• Spacious comfort

  This was the perfect spot away from traffic in a nice neighborhood. The home was spacious and clean and furnished with all we needed. So much better than fighting crowds and parking in one of the large hotels in Branson. We will definitely choose this spot again whenvisiting the area.
