We enjoyed our week long stay at the house very much. Everything has been nicely updated/remodeled and the house is really clean. The host(s) were very helpful about promptly answering questions. On the whole, it was a trouble-free stay.Yes, you do have to be careful driving in on the gravel road to the house, but it is manageable. Also, having a smaller, permanent rather than larger folding table inside would be nice to eat at on cold days. We ate at the kitchen bar on those days, but with no countertop overhang, it was challenging. Last, figuring out how to turn on the heat with no instructions on those cold days was a bit of a challenge as well, but we managed. However, these were all minor nits that didn't detract from the overall experience. The quiet and peacefulness were worth the long drive and minor inconveniences, though. Overall, this house is a great budget friendly place to spend a week away from work, and as a base for exploring the Branson area.

Wish we could have found it 7 years ago
It’s a cute place to stay. The dirt road to the house is a little rough and it’s a little farther away from the things we enjoy doing than we prefer. But all in all it’s a good place to stay.

Checked in at 4 pm and checked out 30 min later as I realized this is misrepresented. We wanted to take our kids to splash/swim around the water and it was unkept to the point that it looked dangerous. This is not a lake front property and does not have a good access point to the lake. The area is full of brush, weeds and is unkept. I understand the dock is off limits but don’t post a picture of a dock that is a 1000 feet away and make it seem like it’s right there in front of the house. How about you post a picture of you what you describe is access to the water that can only be reached by an unclear path across someone else’s property or walk through tall bush to barely get to the water. I reached out to the property owner and she advised to call Evolve travel for a refund and then proceeded to deny any sort of refund. I understand this is a business but let’s not take advantage of people to make a quick buck. Honestly disappointed for my first time booking with VRBO, this property manager and Evolve.

Hi Oleg, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
- We strive to be transparent with all guests and only use professional photographers to ensure that our listing is accurately represented.
- As you can see from the listing photos, the home is located a few steps from Table Rock Lake, a feature that most guests enjoy.
- The dock is accurately advertised as being unavailable for guest use. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
We always work with both guests and homeowners when issues arise and apologize that we were unable to come to the resolution you were hoping for based on the documentation provided. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
