4/5 The house is in a great location and street parking was not a problem - even in January. The house has a nice first floor with nicely furnished rooms. The kitchen could be slightly better furnished but it's okay. The beds upstairs are more like a double or full size than a queen size. There are some areas that need TLC. The upstairs shower is a converted claw foot tub which can be challenging for some to get in and out of. The shower curtain needs replacing as there was pink mold around the bottom. Also, the curtain tends to come in on you when showering and several hooks are missing. The water temperature is very tricky to control. The board at the top of the back stairs is loose and this could be a hazard. The dishwasher leaks and the icemaker doesn't work. Overall, the house is good but could be a lot better with some TLC and adjustments.

4/5 Nice neighborhood, plenty of parking. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall it worked well for us with a few exceptions. It needs more dishes-4 large plates and 2 small ones are not enough for a 3 day stay. Needs more silverware as well. Only had one hand towel in the kitchen and one in each bathroom. Definitely need more of those.
