Family weekend
5/5 This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as beautiful as the first. We had a nice relaxing stay and definitely took advantage of the fireplace.

Cute and comfortable- could use some small changes
3/5 Checkin was delayed by 40 min which we did not know until about 10 min before check in. The keypad did not work as instructed so we just used keys. The doors are extremely hard to open and close so much so that most of us used the bathroom with the door slightly open. Also the lights flicker with use of hot water which caused some issues for one person in the shower with sensitivity to light patterns. The cabin is cute but I think being owned by a larger company and not an individual shows in some of the details.

-We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, our cleaner was delayed, which affected the check-in process and the programming of the door lock. We regret that we were not able to communicate these issues to you in advance and address them promptly.
-We also understand the challenges with the doors. The wooden construction of the cabin causes them to expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity, leading to tightness.We have made several attempts to address the issue by sanding the doors, but they continue to tighten over time. We will take immediate action to further resolve this issue and apologize for the inconvenience it caused during your stay.
-Regarding the flickering light, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will arrange for an electrician to inspect and resolve the problem.
