Great place for our soccer tournament weekend
5/5 We had 3 families stay at this home for our children’s soccer tournament in TC. The home is a very well maintained 70s house and much of it maintained to its true 70s style and flare. So fun to be in a home like this and able to imagine it back in its 1970s heyday! The home is expansive with so much room to sprawl out. It is very conveniently located and although close to a busy road you barely notice once on property. Will plan to return to this property!

Excellent family time!!
5/5 This house was very welcoming to our family. It was very enjoyable for the 3 days that we stayed there. House was very clean, cozy and it made us feel like we were at home. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. The 2 living rooms were very relaxing. The downstairs was GREAT. My two grandson had a blast and had their own little competition in ping pong. All 3 nights were fun-filled and we all had excellent sleep.
A wonderful home for any large group!
5/5 My family needed a place to hold 12 folks over a weekend and Windy Acres was a perfect rental for our group!
The house itself is well located near lots of restaurants & stores and is only about 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City.
The rental home itself is very well maintained and has everything you could need for a restful stay. A large yard, deck and grill behind the home is a wonderful outdoor space to have a terrific BBQ. The bedrooms are all comfortable and there is lots of space indoors for a large group.
The owners were in constant contact and accommodated our needs for an early arrival. The check-in/check-out process was easy and we had a wonderful stay.
Overall one of the nicest rental properties my family has used over the years, I offer a huge recommendation of this great rental space.

Bowling Weekend
5/5 House was exactly as advertised!! Plenty of beds and room for our groups bowling weekend! The location was perfect with a grocery store directly across the street and plenty of food options only minutes away. The basement was awesome with ping pong, pool, darts, and card table to give us plenty to do once our day on the lanes was finished! Will definitely be using this property again in the future when we come up north!
