4/5 Large woodsy lot. Good quality. Open loft. Great first floor bedroom. Kitchen was clean and neat with all standard appliances. Must negotiate stairs to enter. Fire pit. Private setting. Large moveable sofas for kids. The towel bar in main bath needs to be repositioned and attached in a firm manner.

5/5 This was our second time at this home and it was just as great as the first time! The host is very professional and responds quickly to any correspondence! The location is fantastic, being in a very quiet, heavily wooded small community. The birding here is wonderful with many different species to enjoy. It is close to both state parks which have wonderful beaches and swimming.
