Comfortable spacious stay

Energy company turned gas off
2/5 We arrived on Friday and didn't notice until the next morning that there was a turn off notice on the counter. Local energy company turned the gas off and left the notice to make an appointment to turn it back on. We emailed the management company and made other arrangements ourselves. I am still waiting to hear back from evolve.

-We would like to apologize for this inconvenience but unfortunately, this was out of our control. We were not notified of the shutoff before or during your stay; if we were aware we would have made sure to notify you as soon as possible. As a result, you were refunded and you made other arrangements for a different property.
We wish that this did not happen but we hope that you keep us in mind for your future travels.
