Enjoyed our stay
4/5 The location of the condo was excellent. I wish I would have known it was 3 floors as I had 2 elderly people with me and they had trouble with the stairs. Also we had some issues with the cleanliness and the thermostat. But the owner was super nice and responded quickly.

Nice Vacation Condo
4/5 We love Harbor Village and Manistee. There are lovely views from numerous windows - peekaboo view of Lake Michigan from master bedroom that also has a small deck off it to watch sunset or view star. Another quiet, private deck with pond view off living room. Plenty of kitchen items. Owner responsive to inquiries. Enjoyable visit.
Only a few minor cons: While condo was generally clean, the carpet is very much in need of cleaning or replacing . .especially on 1st set of stairs. A floor mat at the entry door might be helpful. Musty smell throughout condo. Hot tub at outdoor pool inoperable . .I was told it had been that way all Summer . . this is not the owner's fault - HOA needs to get it fixed-caution tape up but little kids could easily fall in if not being watched. Very dangerous.
