Wedding weekend
5/5 My family enjoyed our stay! There was lots of room for all of us and we enjoyed our time on the deck, as well. The house was very clean and the location was central to everything we needed in Ludington. Highly recommend it!

Golf outing with family
4/5 Good walkable location to downtown for meals and just walking. Close to golf courses. Unfortunately had 2 days of rain. Having been coming here for 20+ years was familiar with the area. Would stay here again.

Birthday get-away.
5/5 Four ladies enjoyed a three night stay at 311 1/2,enjoyed the lovely sand of the Ludington beach and a longer excursion to Sleeping Bear National Shore. The house was a PERFECT launching pad, immaculately clean and comfortable, with a delightful deck and patio with picnic style table and seats, as well as Adirondack chairs around a fire pit. We look forward to returning for next year’s birthdays. Thank you.

5/5 We enjoyed our time in Ludington. What a perfect little beach town.
This roomy, comfortable home was the perfect size for us all to enjoy the long weekend to end the summer. Appreciated the bikes to allow us to explore the marinas, shops and parks.
