Lovely home with a great location

Beautiful home in a wooded setting.
Well stocked kitchen, very clean, spacious, nice size bedrooms and baths
Questions to management company were answered in a timely manner
Cons:
Several flights of stairs
Incorrect WiFi information on check in instructions
Washer and dryer inoperable
Keyless entry not working correctly
Ability to park in the garage was advertised however not available
No window coverings (1st and 2nd level not too much of an issue; however in lower level would be nice)

Girls’ Getaway
4/5 Home base for day trips to Mackinaw, Petoskey and local trips. House was great, well-stocked and exceptionally clean. Lots of steps but fine for us. Had an electric issue which caused all the vanity sockets to go out. The maintenance people came out promptly to fix but we were told to only use one appliance at a time because of the way the house is wired. Would suggest a note be posted in the bathrooms. The house is very roomy and nice!

4/5 Beautiful location and property. Clean and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The manager was responsive and helpful when the door code didn’t work at check in. The washer was broken and the dryer didn’t work well- it would have been good to be notified prior. The sheets and towels need replacing/upgrading. Also limited supplies in the bathrooms- no body wash or tissues etc. We would recommend this property.

Michigan Woods Retreat
4/5 Lovely home nestled in the north woods. We stayed there for a family reunion. Plenty of room and the house was clean. The master bathroom and kitchen were remodeled and updated and new windows too.
The reason for 4 stars is that the washer was broken and we were not informed prior. The sheets and towels seemed old and dingy. They lacked bathroom amenities- ie. no body wash or no kleenex etc.
The property manager was easy to reach.
