5/5 Updated house, plenty of space and bedrooms, well equipped, nice game room. The location is interesting, a shady neighborhood on one side, and an upscale neighborhood on the other side with a beautiful park. We felt safe all the time.

Don't stay here!!
1/5 We didn't stay at this dangerous location. There were homeless people wandering the neighborhood, slums behind the house complete with drug deals and fly infested windows. Evolve was no help. I would not recommend this property to anyone!!

5/5 The home was as pictured. It was clean and well prepared for the eight of us who stayed. I appreciated the communication of the owner or property manager. We didn’t have any issues. Our group would stay again and recommend this property.

Coaches stay for event
5/5 This space was perfect for a group of volleyball coaches to stay for an event in downtown Detroit and a few other locations. Plenty of beds, clean accommodations. No complaints. Would stay again!

Great Stay!
4/5 The stay was great for our large group for Christmas eve and Christmas day! My family plans on utilizing this home again in the future. While the area isn't 100% safe for some ( from reading others reviews), it's not as bad as some think. I'm also from Detroit and from this area so I know what to look for so maybe that was it but it was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. The cameras also made us feel safe and faced outside only. No inside cameras.
