  Where do I start? As you can see the photos are not close up. It will give the perception that the home maybe in a secluded area and it’s not at all. Trash all over back yard, grass needed to be cut (i ask and they did). Back window completely unsecured no curtains or blinds on it (Unsafe). The home sits in between (an urban area/the hood (im black I can say this) on the left and you a few pricey homes on the right. Shootings took place 2 nights in a row for 20-30 mins each night. I mean directly behind the home. The golf course /club is not close and not a part of this particular neighborhood. There was an influx of bugs in the house/.kitchen/bathroom and rooms that included flies/mesquites/etc. the bathroom towels should be thrown away. Very used/cheap and worn out. Blinds broken/curtain rod in dining room hanging in by a thread.. I could go on and on. It needs fixing up a lot more. It’s clearly in an unsafe area and you should add close up photos/invest in blinds/towels/the house need to be painted.. I could go on and on. The garage was left up enough where animals could easily get in. Crazy! The photos again are very deceptive. The last night some did not stay we all felt unsafe. I try not to complain but this was the worst experience ever staying at an AirBnB

  This property was perfect for our family weekend — ample space, very clean and nicely appointed! Just as shown in the listing. And very convenient location to the downtown venues. What truly made this experience above and beyond was the service level from the property management team at every step of our stay. Very prompt and helpful on all communications - even reaching out afterward to return a forgotten item. Top to bottom a great place and team!!
