Cozy and Charming Retreat
5/5 So charming! We will be back! Starting with prompt and complete communication from the property manager and easy check-in process, this home was perfect. They even had dog bowls ready for our little goldendoodle. I appreciated that they asks quests not to have dogs on beds and couches, as I'm allergic to some dogs. The home is on a charming street with a short couple blocks walk to the beach. From the beach you can walk into town (with the lake level water so low this year). Otherwise it's a cute stroll down a couple more blocks and you are in downtown Charlevoix. A perfect place for any season of the year. Wonderful deck and grill for summer and fall and a fireplace inside for the winter. Charming and cozy decor. Loved our stay! Great for two couples, friends, or a family with kids! Thanks

Super clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated
5/5 Great stay with plenty of beds for the whole family. We booked during a ski getaway at Boyne and the drive to the mountain was easy. The rental was clean, modern and nicely decorated, quality bedding, new bright white towels, plenty of kitchen accessories for cooking and space. Plus a gas fireplace to feel cozy. It was a bit cold in the bunk bed room which is a converted garage but space heaters provided did the trick. We didn't use the washer and dryer but they look top notch. Plus, owners responded immediately when I asked a question via VRBO site. Would recommend for any season!

Perfect for us
5/5 We (husband, myself and golden retriever) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the extra touches made it perfect! Fenced in yard, puppy blanket and towels, all the literature you could want to help plan your days in the area and location location. Opening the doorwall and hearing the waves on Lake Michigan was blissful. Town is walking distance from the home. The host provided all the comforts of home you would ever need.
