4/5 The property was clean, but we felt that it was cleaned possibly a week before our arrival and could have used a refresh. We would have liked to use the grill but it was not clean for immediate use and we had to make other plans for dinner. The only other downside to the stay was the mattress(s) in the 4th bedroom with the bunk beds. Both were very thin and uncomfortable. The guest ended up sleeping on the couch.

5/5 Great home situated between Boyne , the Highlands and Nubs Nob with easy access to the lovely town of Charlevoix. Beautiful home in a great neighborhood - loved my morning walks down to the lake! Clean and well-outfitted. We will be back!
