  When we arrived and got settled in we noticed the outside was filthy. There was cigarette butts and swim goggles and a piece of clothing in the outside living area. Lots of little tumbleweeds everywhere. I did message to let them know and he said his cleaner must have forgot to clean there.

  Once our other guests got there the next day they noticed one bedroom had no remote to the tv and the other one won’t turn the tv on. Two different bedrooms. I messaged again to let them know and then we went trail riding and had no service. When we got service back I saw messages from them saying they had someone come fix those issues and every tv works now. When we returned I tried them and the tv upstairs now had a remote and worked. The other room still didn’t work. The remote wouldn’t turn the tv on still. Mind you we had already changed batteries, tried other remotes, unplugged and plugged the tv back in, etc. so I messaged again and let them know that one room still wasn’t working. He said the guy would come back out. The guy came and fixed that tv. Then at bedtime when we all went to bed, those two tv’s and the living room were the only ones that worked. 3 other bedrooms that worked up until then now didn’t work. I didn’t even message to let them know as it was late and our last night. It’s like the guy mixed up all the remotes when he was there the first time or something, very inconvenient to have to keep messaging them for issues.

  -When you informed us of the TV issues, we responded promptly each time, and we would have gladly returned again if further assistance had been needed. Upon inspection, we found that only one of the three remotes was not functioning. Please know that we are fully committed to resolving any issues to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

• Cousin weekend

  We had a cousins weekend with a dozen of us gathering from around the state. We’ve been doing this for the last 4 years and this was one of the most memorable and relaxing for everyone. It had so much space inside and out. There was something for everyone. Great place for larger families. Would recommend!
