- The property is located in a gated community. The gate code is *2348
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is next to the front door. The code is 5140
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return key to the lockbox
- Please text 1.231.886.2854 upon departure to inform the cleaning crew
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- The community pool pass can be found on a lanyard hanging in the entry area inside the property upon arrival

Summit Village Association (SVA) Rules & Covenants:
1. Respect for others: All SVA residents are entitled to the “quiet enjoyment of their property.” Excessively loud, obscene, or threatening activities are not acceptable. Other activities that are expressly prohibited include but are not limited to, any activity involving arrows or other similar dangerous weapons, projectiles, or devices
2. Driving on our Roads: The speed limit for all roads within the SVA gated areas is 18 mph. Summit Village was developed before walking paths came into vogue and our roads serve the dual purpose of walking paths and auto roadways. Expect to encounter people walking (with or without their dogs), pushing strollers, and cycling on our roads
3. Trailers: Trailers (boat, travel, snowmobile, ORV, etc.) may not be parked on SVA roadways under any circumstances. Trailers may also not be parked in driveways unless they are not visible from the main road. Seasonal trailer parking is available in designated areas of the Beach Club property. Rental guests must contact Beach Club attendants to obtain permission to park trailers
4. Vehicles: All vehicles must be parked in driveways, not on roadways
5. Beach Club: Rental guests must comply with all beach club rules and regulations. The homeowner will supply these regulations and a beach club guest pass to obtain beach club access
6. Snowmobiles & ORVs: The public website (https://www.svashantycreek.org) provides detailed
information regarding ORV and snowmobile trails (which are numerous) in our area. SVA roads
should be avoided with these vehicles
7. Campfires: Fire is a constant concern due to our wooded location. Please consult local weather
conditions and the Michigan DNR Fire Danger Map for the area before starting campfires. The public website (https://www.svashantycreek.org) provides a link to the Fire Danger Map and some excellent guidelines for minimizing the impact of your campfire on your neighbors. Please extinguish all campfires promptly after use
