- The owner passed your comments to the cleaning team, who inspected the A/C unit and confirmed it was dirt buildup, not mold.
- Since the rooms are located in a wooded area, some dirt or debris can collect over time, but thank you for pointing this out, as it helps us review and improve our cleaning practices.

3/5 We had a nice stay but, we had to buy toilet paper and the shower would not drain. So we had to take 5 minute showers. Emailed host and did not a reply until the following afternoon. And then they told I should have called. Like it was our fault for using the email address provided. Never offered anything except to say thank you for comments. So we were not impressed with customer service level.

Good location with a beautiful sunset.
5/5 Property is on lower level. Great view. Property was with in 20 minutes from all the beaches we wanted to go to, including Torch Lake.
