• Perfect getaway

  Had a group of 8-10 guys for a bachelor party. We spent most of our days out on the water. However, this house was more than enough space for all of us. Plenty of places to sleep, great kitchen, nice deck. Only a 10 min walk to downtown Bellaire. Perfect location.

• Not As Advertised…

  I have rarely had to go into a rental and clean food off the counters, dining room table, chairs, coffee table and grill. This was a birthday celebration so my guests were met with this mess upon arrival. All the nice amenities here are overshadowed by the lack of maintenance and items in disrepair.

  I reached out immediately to their point of contact, who as it turns out are also the cleaning staff, only to have my concerns repeatedly brushed off.

  I really could go on and on about how this place was so below standards of homes in this price point.

  Updated pictures relaying the current condition are needed. At least you would be prepared for what you are getting.

  We stay at AirBNB’s frequently and I have only left two negative reviews. I try to see the positive, but this was just so far off from what was advertised.

  This place is not a true five bedroom home as advertised.

  - We apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we are actively addressing these concerns with our cleaning team
  
  - In addition, we are working with our cleaning crew to ensure we are notified immediately if there are any concerns or unmet expectations from our valued guests. We try hard to provide the best experience possible with our home but obviously we fell short this time, so we do appreciate all feedback
  
  - We are in the process of scheduling updates to the home, including appliance upgrades, new paint, ceiling tiles, and improvements to the deck
  
  - We understand that the layout may not have been what you expected, and we're truly sorry for any confusion this may have caused. While the listing does mention that there are 5 bedrooms, we always encourage guests to carefully review all the details before booking to ensure the home meets their specific needs. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us
  
  - We have plans in the near future to add another door to the basement bunk room for privacy purposes
