Small, clean, works for a place to sleep
4/5 Our check in process was very smooth. The front desk individual was helpful to give us ideas for navigating the local area.
We had a room with two double beds. I feel it would've been pretty crammed with more than two people. Not a lot of room to move around the beds and a very small bathroom area. It worked for us for two nights but probably would've been frustrating for a longer stay or if the weather was bad and we were stuck inside.
The gym is also very small, basically just enough room for one person to move around a bit.
It is a good location to drive to access the beach at Wells (much less crowded than Ogunquit) and other area restaurants.
Overall, we would stay again for a short trip.

Sister weekend
5/5 Very nice place to stay! Staff is friendly, place is clean, quiet and affordable! The rooms also offer amenities of dishes, utensils and glasses. Also a skillet and toaster if needed. Close to the beach and downtown Ogunquit ~ really enjoyed the location!
