  Le chalet a certainement besoin d’une mise à niveau. Le lit est VRAIMENT inconfortable, les tapis dans toutes les pièces: non hygiéniques et hyper allergènes. Les armoires encombrées et peu propres. Et… un rouleau de papier toilette pour la semaine c’est un peu juste. Enfin, il n’y a aucun aménagement extérieur et les chaises sont franchement inconfortables. En plus, pour ce prix, on nous demande de faire la lessive au départ. En somme, on retournerait sur ce site mais aucunement dans ce chalet.

  - The mattress is only three years old and was selected for durability and comfort. However, we understand that mattress preferences can vary greatly.
  - The carpets are professionally cleaned before the start of each rental season to maintain hygiene, but we apologize if this didn’t meet your expectations.
  - The kitchen is intentionally well-stocked with various appliances and tools to offer convenience, but we’ll review the organization to ensure it feels tidy for future guests.
  - We provide a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels, meant to get guests through the initial part of their stay.
  - The outdoor area includes four chairs; we’re sorry to hear they didn’t meet your comfort needs. We’ll consider this feedback for future improvements.
  - The laundry request is a courtesy, not a requirement, to help with turnover, but we understand if this felt burdensome.

  Quiet place and the kitchen is very well equipped.

  The sunroom is a plus, perfect for morning breakfast!

  Our only drawback was that there is carpet instead of hardwood or vinyl flooring in some parts of the cottage. Our host was very nice.

  Planning our next trip to summer village! We loved staying at this cute cottage. It was super comfortable and clean with all of the amenities you need. There are a few different beaches within a short driving distance. Loved that there are family and adult only pools. Can’t wait to come back this summer!

  The grounds are beautiful. Pools and playground kept very clean. The property around the cottage was over grown and not kept that great. Bathroom and kitchen sink did not seem to be cleaned. Overall I would recommend this facility but would not rent this cottage again.

• Beautiful and spacious vacation cottage

  Really a cute, comfortable cottage; certainly the best so far on our Whitman's Sampler 10-week tour of New England. The complex has a great adult pool and fitness center. We enjoyed our stay every much.
