CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Early check-ins cannot be accommodated. The Guest Contact will not respond to any requests for early check-ins

- Please inform Monica of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Late check-outs cannot be accommodated. The Guest Contact will not respond to any requests for late check-outs
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave sheets and linens on the beds
- Place all used towels in the bathroom
- Bag all trash and take to dumpster located between main house and guest house. Glass, recycables and cardboard can also be taken to dumpster
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Ensure that trash is properly disposed of in the provided bins
- Leave all rooms tidy and in good order

- Please be respectful of neighbors
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

The property was lovely and quiet. Could use some updates on bedding and linens, but snuggly just the same. Felt like home away from home. Love to stay again.
