4/5 The place was beautiful. Communication with the property manager was great. Only downfall, lack of communication that trailers need to be registered, and more money needed. Probably would not rent for bikeweek again but for just a visit during the summer.

Girls weekend
5/5 We had 5 girls for a girls weekend and this condo was perfect. It would also be perfect for a family or a couple wanting to get away. The condo was very clean and felt welcoming. There was only one parking pass instead of two but there was plenty of parking. The property manager texted right back when needed and was very helpful.

Great condo/Not great property management company
5/5 This condo was great. It is exactly as pictured, and we would stay there again. The beds were comfortable with good quality sheets and pillows and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. The only problem that I had was with the instructions in the binder that came with the condo. The emails that I got from the property management company, Evolve, said that there would be two parking passes and pool tags in the binder. There was only one parking pass, this was not a problem for us, but might be for others and there were no pool tags. It took two emails and a phone call to the property management to find out the access code to the pool. The first time they gave me the wrong code. Also, there were no instructions for how to use the televisions although we didn’t spend much time watching TV but for others, it might be nice to have that information. If you want bar soap for the showers bring your own and bring your own beach chairs and beach towels. The sunsets are spectacular!

5/5 Our stay was great condo located in the perfect spot where you can get to everything easily. The view of the pool and bay side and watching the sunset is beautiful. Everything in the condo was nice and clean. This will be my new vacation spot down here at ocean city MD love it.. I will return any chance I get..
Vision of the Bay
5/5 We really enjoy our stay. The sliding patio window was beautiful that overlooked the bay. While I was cooking in the kitchen I could view the sunset. That made my cooking enjoyable and serene. Thank you for supplying the necessary cookware.
The other thing I appreciate It was next door to the convention center. You could remain parked and not worry about getting a parking space. How convenient. We didn’t even have to move our car.
Management thank you so much for a clean, safe stay.
We want to rent next year.
