Can’t Wait to Stay Here Again!
5/5 We have stayed at several different places for our family’s annual winter trip to OC, and this home blew the others away. It’s very homey, clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Patrick was extremely responsive, helpful and kind.
We had three families that included three young kids stay here for two nights and no one wanted to leave. We are already looking forward to next year.

Great Stay!
5/5 Overall the stay at this house was great. The house and yard was beautiful, the amenities were on point, and we had plenty of space for our total of 12 guests. Patrick was easy to get ahold of, and responded timely. Unfortunately during our stay, the dryer stopped working so that put a bit of a damper on our ability to do laundry, but Patrick offered to take our stuff to the laundromat and brought extra towels for us -appreciated! The house is in a great location and were able to walk to many things. During the rainy days we had, it was nice to be able to be outside on the covered deck. We would definitely consider booking again.

5/5 The house is in a perfect location! We loved having the boat at the dock in the back yard and being able to walk 3 blocks to the beach! The house is everything it is advertised to be and more!
