Great spacious place
5/5 Great stay. Walked over to beach side, used the kayaks, well kept and plenty of parking.

Not up to par
2/5 Not clean, very surface clean, balcony has broken umbrella and broken chairs and we did not enjoy being out there. The furniture in the living room was old and no proper seating to hang out with family. No table in living room. It was even hard to play games. No grill outside. No good way to cook, no good pots, pans, utensils or dishes. Way overpriced at 900 a night for what you got. Music at Fagers Island until 2 am keep us up at night. I would not recommend this unit until they do some upgrades.

- We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay and wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact. We would have promptly responded and been happy to help.
- We have since replaced the balcony umbrella and chairs.
- There is a full dining room with a table that can be used for meals and games.
- While the HOA does not allow outdoor grilling, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes for cooking.

4/5 Location is great and the view andQuietness cannot be beat. Just small feed back. A lotOf small maintence in need such as light bulb replacement and clogged sinks. Otherwise lovely condo
