Great place to chill in North OC
4/5 The condo is great, well lit and in a good location in North OC. There are tons of great restaurants around and is right by the beach. Check in was easy and everything was "as listed" on VRBO.

Good overall stay.
4/5 Location of the condo was great and the amenities were very nice! Could have been cleaner as we found trash under one of the beds and also on the floor once we opened the refrigerator (goldfish crackers left on the floor). Tight sleep for 6 adults. The double beds are quite small and only fit one comfortably (two is a squeeze). Love the layout of the condo with the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides with their own bathrooms. Bring towels for showers or plan to do laundry as there are not enough for an extended stay. Evolve was great at communicating. Overall happy, would book with them again.

We strive for perfect cleanliness and our cleaner offered to come back to clean again and provide additional towels but you declined. We provide enough towels for each person staying and have a laundry room conveniently located on the first floor if needed. We look forward to you staying with us again and appreciate your feedback."
