CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 pm
- The studio is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be provided 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date through given email and phone number
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 am
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the studio by doing the following:
- Return the hose key and parking pass to the kitchen counter
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the dumpsters located in the alley behind the building
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Turn off all lights, electronics, ceiling fans and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the unit is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
- Please remember to leave an entry in our guest book and have a safe trip home!

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in an extra cleaning and remediation fee
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Do not hang towels on the balcony or railings. There is a folding drying rack in the closet for your convenience
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
- If any Guest is in violation of any of the above policies you will be charged a fee to restore the services. In addition, this may result in the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the Vacation Rental and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- There is an area located underneath the building at the base of the stairs that you can use to rinse off sand. The nozzle does not work without a red knob “key”. The key is located in the kitchen cabinet drawer (top right next to the dishwasher). Please return the key after use for future guests

- Linens, towels, and all toiletries are NOT provided at the unit, and it is advised that travelers bring their own or use a local linen rental service such as:

ELECTRONIC LOCK AND KEYPAD:

- Guests are not to tamper with, modify, or disable (i.e. disconnect, cover, block) any of the property’s security cameras.

GENERAL STATEMENT FOR VIOLATING ANY OF THE ABOVE POLICIES:
- If any Guest is in violation of any of the above policies you will be charged a fee to restore the services. In addition, this may result in the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the Vacation Rental and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Very clean...very cozy... 500 feet from the ocean!

Overall it was a good location and close to the beach. Very little privacy and loud due to traffic.
