  • Needs cleaned

    The kitchen area was NOT clean. There was food left in the fridge. There were food stains in the fridge, oven, microwave, toaster oven- that were from not being cleaned. I had to clean before we could use the items we planned on using. The beds only had sheets on them so we had to find blankets to add to the beds. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the handrails need tightening. The air vents need cleaned as there was thick dust on them. The location was good for what we needed. Area was semi-quiet at night. When we informed Juan of the messy kitchen his response was, "I see.. thank you for bringing it up will have to change cleaning company". No apology. When asked where we were supposed to put the trash as that was a requirement to remove when we left, his response was "... just relax". Not appropriate for a simple question. If we are to come back to the area, we won't be staying here again.
