CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via lockbox. The code is 1958#. The lockbox will be sitting in front of a window next to the front door. Open the cover to the lockbox and press the button that says reset. Once you press reset, you are going to enter in the code that was provided. The box will open with both the key to the entry of the building and the key with the entry to the unit. Make sure you take both keys out and have them with you the whole stay. In order to close the box, you must hit the reset button while the cover is open and enter in the same code you used to open the box. Once you enter the code it will allow you to close it shut and will lock
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Leave the 2 keys on the kitchen table of the property
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
