Small but clean
4/5 Great location vis-a-vis beach and downtown; well-stocked convenience deli/mart nearby is a nice feature. But definitely not for more than 2 persons, as it is very small. Other than some hanging space in the bathroom, no place to put clothes, and if you have much luggage, be prepared to make many trips up and down the spiral staircase. Owner was very responsive to some check-in issues (lock passcode and WiFi passcode).

Provincetown Stay
4/5 First time staying in Provincetown after labor day and it went great! Restaurants were still open but with less lines. The property was great for two people, 10 minutes walk to the center of town.
