- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The keypad is located on the front door. To open the door, touch the keypad's logo, enter the code 1988, and press the check mark button
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- For everyone’s safety, especially young children, you must keep the pool gate locked whenever the pool is not in use
- The gate latch is child-proof, and the fence is designed to prevent climbing. Please do not alter or bypass these safety features
- The pool is open and heated for your enjoyment. After swimming, please replace the cover to help maintain water temperature and cleanliness
- The pool is professionally maintained. Please do not adjust the equipment or add chemicals

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:

- Please park to the right of the garage, in the space between the garage and the utility lines. Drive completely under the utility lines and park on their far side
- Per the HOA, parking is prohibited on the private driveway leading to the ocean
- Guests may not park on the private driveway or on the gravel by the cottage. Guest parking is available on the gravel next to the house for unloading only
