  We had a great time…New Seabury is a fun community…in the Maushop section you do have a beach pass to use within walking distance of your unit…4 min walk? There is a small Marketplace area on crushed shells…so pretty …that offers a couple cute shops and a toy store among a couple of food shops…excellent for kids…a nice restaurant and live music within the Marketplace…and it’s in a lovely area right near a wonderful outdoor shopping village with lovely restaurants called Mashpee Commons…very nice shopping boutiques! Our 2bdrm 1 1/2 bath unit was quaint…maybe 750 sq ft…I think …the 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd level…you climb a full set of stairs…a livingroom kitchen area is the 1st floor…cute small fenced in back patio area with a grill…cute very small bistro table with 2 chairs out front inside the little white picket fence…although the inside is a bit worn…it is a spotless unit with a tasteful decor…we had a great week…it was a cozy spot for our daily adventures to exploring Cape Cod and The Islands…

  - The unit is the largest ‘B-style’ in the Village at 840 square feet, and we’re glad it felt like a cozy home base for your Cape Cod adventures.
  - The front patio with the bistro table is maintained regularly, and while repointing is scheduled by the condo association, we’re also refreshing the space ourselves in the meantime.
  - We take pride in keeping the home spotless and tastefully decorated, and we also have plans to upgrade the half bath this fall, with updated photos to follow.

• Great place with great hosts

  We loved our stay in Mashpee. The place is very nice and situated a very short walk from the beach. There is also a market, restaurants, and mini golf about a 5 minute walk from the condo.

  The condo itself has everything you need and the hosts were extremely responsive to all our questions, both before and during our stay. We would love to return!

  The house was very clean and organized and had everything you could need for a beach vacation. The host was very communicative and we would love to return!
